Why? Hull Speakers delights in running educational modules to help improve the speaking skills of our members and guests. On the 14th we have a big surprise.
David Jones is joining us by video. Known to Toastmasters’ groups throughout the country that love humorous speaking, David has a huge reputation for making people laugh! David used to even do stand up comedy and has applied his skills to win contest championships in numerous Toastmasters competitions.
Better, David loves sharing his laugh making skills with Toastmasters groups.
Better still. On the 14th September it’s the turn of Hull Speakers to benefit from David’s amazing talents. David is doing an online presentation and workshop for our members and guests on some techniques to add humour to speaking.
We cannot wait. If you would like to liven up your speaking with a touch of humour you have everything to gain….and you shouldn’t wait either. Come along!

The meeting will be a normal meeting except for David’s educational slot near the beginning but we will reduce some of our usual activities for later on.
